Delete your account
You can permanently delete your CryptoIndia account and the data linked to it. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Your Firebase sign-in identity, saved scanners, alert settings, device notification token, and subscription entitlement record in our database.
Payment history stays with Dodo Payments (required for tax and accounting). We cannot erase those records on their side.
Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)
- Open CryptoIndia on your phone.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You will be signed out and the account is marked for deletion.
We complete removal of your data within 30 days.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot open the app, email us from the phone number linked to the account (or include that number in the message):
Subject line: Delete CryptoIndia account
Include the phone number you used to sign in. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, then reply when it is done.
After deletion
- You can create a new account later with the same phone number — it will be a fresh start with no old scanners.
- Any active Premium period ends when the account is deleted (no partial refunds for the remaining days).
